Why did a lone moderator delete my post with test questions?

Why delete my 3 test questions below? I added some more below. DonielF listed test questions, so did pnuts.

Here are some questions I have that I'm itching to post.

1. What are the differences between OBS' 4 encoders?

I never used OBS before. I'm computer illiterate. I need OBS because I want to record Skype videos with my grandparents before they die.

I Googled this, but all the results were too complicated. I couldn't begin to unravel Comparison of x264, NVENC, Quicksync, VCE, x264 vs QSV or NVENC.

I'm so flummoxed that the Encoder raises too many questions to list out here. How does "Software" and "Hardware" differ here? How do the two "Software" options differ? I have no idea what "x264" mean or "low CPU usage preset, increases file size."

2. Please explain like I'm 5 (ELI5) OBS's 4 Downscale Filters?

  1. First, what's a Downscale Filter? What's OBS filtering? What are we DOWNscaling?

  2. Why isn't "Bilinear" stated with a number then "samples", like the other three filters?

  3. I won't list out all my questions here. But what are "samples"? In "Area", "Weighted sum" of what? I found Lanczos resampling on Wikipedia, but that math is too complicated for me.

I Googled this, but all the answers were too complicated like Which downscale filter to use? and Are you using the Lanczos downscale filter in OBS? It might be making your stream look worse.

3. How can software track [1] how many subscribers to subreddits, [2] if subreddit is private, [3] if submissions are restricted?

Master lists like 82 food subreddits and 128 tech subreddits don't indicate

  1. each's subscribers.

  2. if it's private. Sometimes moderators can make the sub private for several days, to clean it up.

  3. if the moderators restricted users to create posts.

Indubitably, I don't have time to check 200 subreddits every week. I'm thinking of copying and pasting all 200 subreddits in an Excel spreadsheet, then making one column each for 1-3 above. But how do I command Excel to check these?

  1. Can Excel accomplish this?

  2. If Excel can't accomplish this, what other software can?

4. Why does Microsoft Outlook not "have permission to get email", and ask me to "update my credentials", for my AOL email?

Before March 22 2021, AOL synced with my desktop Microsoft Outlook software swimmingly!

Since then, Outlook updated itself. But I changed NOTHING for both my AOL or Outlook. Outlook keeps sending these alerts to my inbox. How do I rectify this?

I followed this Microsoft Answer, but it doesn't solve my problem.

If you read the test question. Then, you will see that the answer only have some title of questions. And, your test question is looking like asking questions there rather than showing some test question.
