There was a proposed site on SE whose topic is "Electronic Gadgets", however, due to poor performance, the beta was closed, and certain questions have been migrated to other existing sites. Let's try fixing this by a Codidact site, however, with certain changes, because not all electronic gadgets will be the talk here, but only Mobile Devices.
Here is the summary of the site:
- The site focuses on the maintenance of specifically mobile devices on whatever OS it runs. The most-likely to be common in the site are Android and Apple product-related questions.
- The gadgets in question are smartphones and tablets, and a few other mobile devices which will be takes about in the scope.
- The site only has 1 category, Q&A.
- Given that Ask Different and Android Enthusiasts SE (I'd call it "Every Answer Matters") are pretty much in a linked set with this site, topics from those sites can also be discussed here.
A Codidact site dedicated to mobile devices seem to be worth a shot. The URL can be mobile.codidact.com
for a shorter one. Would one like the idea of such site?
Well, the site is unlikely to happen now so we'll leave it like this, but you all had an idea of what I was trying to propose. Thanks to all the feedback everyone! :)

What you describe is already on topic at Power Users. Since that site is not overwhelmed with questions about smart phones and tablets (what you actually appear to mean by "mobile devices"), there is no point at this time to create a separate site for this more narrow topic.

"Gadgets" means a lot more than "mobile devices"
Ignoring for a moment the actual meaning of "mobile devices" (things that can be transported, possibly under their own power) and focusing instead on how it is used in contemporary language (as in "smartphones and devices using similar design principles in various form factors"), "Electronic Gadgets" is a far too broad name for a site that, by your description, deals primarily with mobile phones and similar devices such as tablets, and then perhaps only "smart" phones and not, say, featurephones.
Also ignoring for a moment that many desk VoIP phones actually use similar designs under the hood, just with more tailor-made, function-based hardware (such as physical keypads) and a much more restricted set of software available (usually only that which serves its function as a synchronous audio communications device that uses IP-based networks as its transport layer).
Also ignoring that I'm not sure how much sense it even makes to split something like this off from Power Users, which could in principle already take the types of questions you list, but if it does make sense...
Based on your brief description in the proposal, something like "Mobile Devices" would be a far more descriptive name than "Electronic Gadgets".
