Model Rocketry proposal

Tried to propose this on Stack Exchange it was nearly done with definition. Then was suddently deleted and I was suspended for a year, with no reason given. I was also banned on Meta Stack at the same time. Findout about here and how you all are trying to be stack exchange but with the bad stuff. So, I'm proposing it here.

Anything related to Model and Amatuer Rocketry (that is fact based) is welcome. Small overlap with physics (physics of model rockets) but not a ton.
