Codidact Meta FAQ

Welcome to Meta! We're glad you're here. The following information is relevant primarily within this community. If you have a question that applies to the entire Codidact family of communities, you may want to look at our Global FAQ or Global TOS.

What is Meta all about?

Meta is the place for topics related to the network of sites hosted on codidact.com.

Who are the moderators?

Moderators on Meta are the Codidact admins (Monica Cellio, ArtOfCode, Mithical, and luap42) and staff members. Their status is marked in the list of users.

What are the different categories for?

  • Q&A is questions about the software, site operation, or policies. You can request support and propose features here. We also monitor the Meta categories on individual sites for such questions; posting here usually draws more attention, but you can post in either place.
  • Blog is where the Codidact team shares newsletters, announcements, and whatever else is on our mind but not properly Q&A.
  • There is also an archived Site Proposals category. This was the place to discuss and propose new communities for our network; it has since been replaced by Codidact Proposals.
