How to propose a community on the codidact.com network

Our network of communities is growing but is still small. If the community you're looking for isn't here, you can propose adding it.

To help us grow, we're looking to build active, thriving communities that start with a group of people who are already interested in building it. We don't require a lot of people and there's no hard-and-fast rule; we're looking for enough activity to help your new community succeed.

To get started, please see this guide on our proposals site, where you can post a proposal and then start asking and answering questions on that topic in an "incubator" where we can build the community and work out questions of scope with live, not hypothetical, Q&A.

We used to use a category here on Meta (you must be signed in to see it) for proposals. Feel free to repost proposals from there on the new site if you are interested in them. We're not trying to ignore any proposals with active interest. We also don't want to bulk-move dormant proposals.
