indicate when a comment has been moderator-edited
I don't like the idea that someone's signature can appear on a piece of text that he didn't write or approve. I'm guessing moderators can edit comments. If so, can a moderator-edited comment please include some indication that it was so edited? Perhaps a content history (like posts have) or, if that's undesired, then I recommend a little moderator [pentagon](/a/277311/277314) with a tooltip that reads "moderator-edited".

(Note that this is in no way a request that moderators be allowed to edit comments. As far as I know there has been no decision as to the purpose of comments, and it's entirely possible that that purpose, once decided upon, will be such that comments that are not worth keeping as-are should simply be deleted instead, obviating any need to have an ability for moderators to edit them.)
