Save draft should save the title and tags

The feature that causes [drafts to be saved](https://meta.codidact.com/questions/276118#answer-276207) automatically should:
1. Save the title and tags.
2. Be activated when I edit a tag or the title.

It's really very annoying to write same title and tags multiple times. I was posting a question and I always write title and tags at first. Suddenly I lost my network connection. I had write a lot in question. When I came back again I saw I just have description not title and tags. So, I had to write titles and tags again. If this keeps happening multiple times than it becomes very annoying
