January 2023 Newsletter feature link does not seem to work outside of Software Codidact

January 2023 Newsletter featured link broken on Codidact communities other than Meta

~~I have noticed that the January 2023 Newsletter URL is pointing to the current URL when it is rendered on a site that it is not Meta Codidact. Examples:~~

~~- https://outdoors.codidact.com/ -> January 2023 Newsletter URL is current URL (https://outdoors.codidact.com/)~~

I have noticed that the January 2023 Newsletter featured link is pointing to the current page URL instead of the blog post when it is rendered on a site that it is not Meta Codidact. Examples:
- https://software.codidact.com/ -> January 2023 Newsletter featured link target is the current page URL (https://software.codidact.com/)
- https://outdoors.codidact.com/ -> January 2023 Newsletter featured link target is the current page URL (https://outdoors.codidact.com/)
- https://meta.codidact.com/ -> January 2023 Newsletter featured link target is the correct URL of the blog post (https://meta.codidact.com/posts/287662)
