Where can I ask about a matter of diminishing health as a result of crime on the Internet?

More specifically, I'd like to ask if ransomware has ever resulted in a suicide; we know that ransomware has led to deaths in hospitals, and that internet blackmailing has caused suicide, but I'm not sure if ransomware has led to a victim committing suicide.

Does any community fit a question like this, and if so, which one?

A new proposal needed?

Is this maybe a sign for a new community like "Crime Scene Investigation Topics" ("CSI Topics")? Could be interesting for authors of Writing as well, if they are into a story of that kind and need specific background info.

I asked because I couldn't find a suitable community, not even amongst the proposals. So yeah, there's definitely a need for a new one if we are to host this question. I don't see how this question's topic coincides with Writing. A "Crime Scene Investigation" or "Forensics" community is something I worry might not work out very well in a Q/A format, although I may be wrong about that.

Ah, you misunderstood / I wasn't clear. I meant a "CSI Topics" community would also be interesting for those in Writing, because they maybe write thrillers, crime stories, who dunnits etc. and need some "police work input", which could be found there.
