Can we get email notifications?

While the current notification system is okay, I'd like to be able to receive email notifications for things such as a new answer to my questions. (Of course, this should be opt-in. Maybe add a checkbox somewhere in the user account settings for it?)

This has been re-posted to github.com/codidact/qpixel/issues/1329. You shall be able to know whether it's been implemented by subscribing solely to issue closure.
