Welcome to Codidact Meta!
Codidact Meta is the "town hall" (meta-discussion site) for the Codidact community network and the Codidact software. Whether you have bug reports or feature requests, support questions or rule discussions that touch the whole network – this is the site for you.

Bulk download of entire site for offline use / local search
SE and Kiwix teamed up to create this: https://library.kiwix.org/#lang=eng&category=stack_exchange
Since Codidact is open source though, does that also mean it releases questions and answers as 'open data'? If so, where can we download them all?
After all, Codidact (as the name seems to suggest) is all about being a helpful tool for learning, and I can say for example that my coding journey wouldn't have made it half so far without Q&A, so having local access would obviously make the experience even better (offline use, advanced querying, no connection issues/slowness etc.).
PS Kiwix has made it possible to download and browse any site in super-compressed format with the service Zimit, but I believe that if Codidact released their own 'dumps' (a bit like Wikimedia), it would be the best solution, as there would be no need for scrapers that crawl through the site (which could worsen the experience for actual users), and would make it very easy to download (scrapers are nowhere near perfect).
