This question has been addressed elsewhere. See: Arranging footer "other codidact sites" list alphabetically rather than chronologically

So if one looks at the list of Codidact communities, either on the main https://codidact.com/ page or in the footer at the bottom of every community's page, the list doesn't seem to be in a useful order. I'm thinking it's the order that the community was added, which probably isn't that helpful for browsing for a new user, and will certainly get unwieldy as more sites get created. (As an existing user I suppose it has the advantage of having each site be in a specific place I can expect it in, but that's probably about the only advantage.)

My first thought is that it should probably be in alphabetical order, though as we continue to grow it may make sense to eventually add some level of grouping (maybe something along the lines of Technical, Hobbies, Religions, etc.).

I might go so far as to call it a duplicate. :) Thanks for pointing it out; apparently my searching before posting this wasn't thorough enough.

@PeterCooperJr. Eh, I wouldn't call it so much a duplicate since you also suggested some grouping (and this is arguably a better starting post for a long-term solution). Afaik we don't have a long term solution for the growing list problem, so thinking about what groups we could make seems like a good idea.
