Deleted answers appear to be counted in question list

Currently https://outdoors.codidact.com/categories/19 lists one question, 2020 - May - Birds, with 12 answers. But if you go into the question, it only lists 11 answers. I'm pretty sure that the discrepancy is due to there being a deleted answer, because I saw a non-bird photo posted and it later disappeared.

Expected: the question list should only count undeleted answers.

That probably why the count of posts is so high too, the problems in the import meant that a bunch of questions needed to be deleted
