Can I follow/subscribe to a question so that I'm notified when it has new answers?

It looks like a can subscribe to new comments using the "Follow new" button below a post, but I'm more interested in answers (or maybe both comments AND answers?)

Yep thanks! Subtly different question, but this answer answers my question too (though it is 3 years old... any update @ArtOfCode?)

Hmm, so user tagging doesn't do anything (right?) So I've started a new comment thread over on the other question.
