Can I view questions across multiple sites (or the entire network) on a single page?

On a different set of Q&A sites, my usual entrance point was/is a page that shows questions from across the network on a single page. It does so in three ways:

  • "Hot questions", meaning questions with particularly high activity;
  • Filtered questions, meaning questions from one or more sites, possibly filtered by tags;
  • and real-time, which wasn't useful as the other network was far too busy for that, but could be useful on codidact for now.

I found this very useful, and it was/is my usual entry point apart from web searches. Do any similar features exist on codidact? I might be interested in multiple sites but not all, but browsing through each of them to check for activity.

I read that a network profile is planned, but that seems to be about users, whereas I mean one for questions.

I like your suggestions, and I'd like to see them exist, so this is just a possible substitute in the meantime:

The dashboard (in the hamburger menu on mobile, or the grid of 9 squares icon at the top right on desktop) doesn't show individual questions, but it does let you see on one page which communities and which categories have new activity (indicated by a grey circle).
