Unable to upvote proposal
I tried to vote (up) for [Travel Codidact Site](https://meta.codidact.com/questions/74946) my vote will not take. I randomly tried to vote on a couple other proposal and some would not take my vote either. I was able to vote up for (and later remove) on the proposal for [Photo-Video Codidact Site](https://meta.codidact.com/questions/74831) and a few other proposals
