Subscriptions settings don't sync between sites (even though everything else does)
I noticed that the email subscriptions settings page doesn't sync between the different sites. It kind of irks me that everything else is exactly the same between the different account pages except for that. On a related note, why isn't there a 'main account page' for all the user settings instead of having multiple? I assume basically everything except trust/rep syncs between accounts (username, avatar, profile description, etc.), so why not put it all in one place?
