After using this for a while, I have a couple improvements / suggestions. g > c > enter should take you to the categories page. g > s should take you to search. When opening a dialogue with multiple options, such as flags or closing, you should be able to select an option using the number keys. For instance, t > v > c > 1 to choose the first close option on a post. esc should close an open dialogue. When a post is focused (such as by j or k), ? should bring up available shortcuts.
