But the top post is community-wiki but still needs that edit. **Why? Fear? Let’s address that here:** I think it would be helpful for people to post here about SE reactions to **proper** forms of “advertising”. I bet many fear SE taking unreasonable actions (given recent history). Maybe instead of an answer, this text should be a question: is SE reacting reasonably to **proper** forms of “advertising”
