Is there an RSS-feed for updates on individual questions?

I'd like to subscribe to updates on specific questions that I'm interested in. Is there an RSS-feed, or some kind of a "follow" feature that I can use to subscribe to updates — new answers, mainly, but also comments if possible — on a question?
I noticed that there are question feeds in the sidebar available for "all new questions" and "interesting questions", but these are broader than what I'm looking for.

Reopened, this is a request for an rss feed. The other post is about getting notifications. While similar in purpose, one can be implemented without the other request being fulfilled so I don't see them as duplicates — Moshi 6 months ago

@Dani I went by the "main idea", that is, they would be happy for a follow feature but their actual request (as stated in the title) is for an RSS feed. — Moshi 6 months ago
