Close reason doesn't appear in post history
See the history of [this post](https://meta.codidact.com/posts/278692/history), the reason for closure (closed as duplicate) doesn't appear in it; when I reopened the question the close reason and duplicate target were completely lost since it wasn't shown anywhere other than in the close banner.
