Trap tags with spaces earlier in the post submission process
When I type something in the tag box, a list of similarly named tags is produced, along with the actual thing I typed, and I can click to select the tag I want. If I type something with spaces (e.g. I noticed this with `prime numbers` on the software development site) then I can add a new tag with spaces to my question. But when I try to submit the question I get an error message:

> * Tags may not include spaces or underscores - use hyphens for multiple-word tags

If it's not a valid tag, it should be disallowed by the tag editor; the obvious implementation would be to convert spaces to hyphens before presenting the list of options to click.
