Tables have no borders

Basically, the title. Tables, such as this example table

Look... less than appealing without any borders visually separating the entries.
I was expecting something more like this, matching the design of, for example the user activity table
(Made by adding the 'table' class via inspect element. Not sure why they style table.table and not just all tables but whatever)
