Q&A Need wording fix in dup close banner [duplicate]

The banner at the top of a question when the question is closed as a duplicate says in part "This question has been answered before" (example). That really should say "This question has been asked...

Need wording fix in dup close banner
The banner at the top of a question when the question is closed as a duplicate says in part <i>"This question has been answered before"</i> (<a href="https://meta.codidact.com/questions/279093">example</a>).  That really should say <i>"This question has been <b>asked</b> before"</i>.  Note that in the example linked to above, neither question has any answers (currently).
