Brackets around link text in the table of contents
See the table of contents on [this post](https://codegolf.codidact.com/questions/279147), as an example. For answers with links formatted as ``` [text](example.com) ``` the table of contents displays `text`. However, for answers with links formatted as ``` [text] [text]: example.com ``` the table of contents shows `[text]` in the preview.
