Community wiki post type
Is it possible to add a type of post corresponding to the community wiki of Stack Exchange?

The post should be:
* Not associated to any one user
* Editable by anyone without approval (or after a minor barrier to prevent spam)

This would be useful for the [Resources](https://languages.codidact.com/categories/40) category at the Languages site. As it is, the post owner has to manually approve edits. But the person who happened to be the first to put up a resources post shouldn't have soul responsibility and veto power.
