"Lottery" is a random set of 50 questions. It's a way to be reminded of older posts that have dropped off the front page. I agree with the suggestion that "Random" would be a better label; we didn't think of it at the time for some reason. I also agree that the tooltips could be more informative. Thanks for pointing it out.
