Vote counts broken by the update?

+3
−0

The question What good are herbivores in an animal army? currently shows up- and down-votes as +0/-0, and both vote counts have tooltips saying "0.5" when I hover over them in the question. (I don't think the tooltips appear in the question list).

I know that the question shouldn't be on +0/-0 because I know that I voted on it last week, and I can still see the blue arrow. The tooltips may be a related bug or a separate issue.

For comparison, the question Future planning: what user preferences would be useful? shows +8/-0 with tooltips "0.83333333".

Found the problem! There'll be a post from ArtOfCode later with more information, but we believe we've now corrected the problem with some votes (cast during the upgrade window) not having been properly recorded everywhere. (They were, err, partially recorded, which made this hard to debug.)
