Opening suggested edit notification from another site in meta leads to 404
On another codidact website someone suggested an edit to one of my posts. When I was browsing meta.codidact, I clicked the link to the suggested edit. It lead to https://meta.codidact.com/posts/suggested-edit/279 instead of https://judaism.codidact.com/posts/suggested-edit/279. The former doesn't exist, so it lead to a 404 page.

I tried for other notifications and I only noticed this issue when it's a suggested edit.
