Can the title of the question be a "clean" link to the question itself?
Sometimes I find myself browsing through the site and want to share a question. If I arrived through a link to an answer, I do not have a good way to "clean" the URL and be able to get the URL of the question itself.
If we had this link, this would become easier to do: just click on the title and the newly loaded page will be the URL to share.
Also, this allows duplicating the current page in a single click: sometimes you may be in-line editing a post and want to see how it looked before your edit; by clicking on the title of the question you can do that immediately.

Does the "copy link" link below the question meet your needs?
Those of us who came from Somewhere Else are used to the title being a link, but we thought an explicit link would be more discoverable. This doesn't mean we couldn't also make the title a link; we just haven't yet.

Mmm, true, I keep forgetting about it. The fact that in SE it made the link user-dependant made me reluctant to use it in some cases. To me, it would make sense to have this implemented somewhere in the future. Also, may it be useful for the SEO? Thanks, Monica!
SEO is a good point. Thanks for the tip.
I am not opposed to having a clear and readily accessible “clean” link, but I would prefer it not be the question title. Sometimes I want to copy the question title, and having to play with it to get around the hyperlink was one of the annoyances (to me, anyway) of Somewhere Else.

I see. In web browser you can do this by double clicking on the right hand side of the title box, somewhere without text. This will select the full box of the title. But yes, it can be a bit unpractical
