Let community ads have a customisable header text [duplicate]

There should be the option to customise the heading in the community-promoted network posts as "Could you answer this question?" isn't always applicable. Example:

The post in question is an image competition so there is no real answer to it. It would be more appropriate to have something like "Submit your image to this monthly challenge!". Similar, there are cooking "challenges" on our cooking site where it would be more appropriate to put "Cook with us in this monthly challenge!". A customisable text is able to convey better what hides behind a promoted post before someone clicks on it. (It also removes the ambiguity how one is supposed to answer a question called "2020 - January - Sunrises" as probably nobody knows what is meant with that.)
