Choosing the language of the interface. In my experience in non English sites from SE, not having a user interface in their own language was a major obstacle for many users that would otherwise have joined and participated more often. If we foresee a future where communities can accept posts in other languages, choosing that language for the interface would be very beneficial for the users.
