Q&A Streamline the top? Move Meta to the top row?

Streamline the top? Move Meta to the top row?

But can't we choose to turn off see "Recipes" and "Challenges"? What if we don't have time to do them? Then "Meta" will be on its own row, which unnecessarily wastes space. Move "Meta" to the top row?
