We have moved the post date/time and license info to the left side, along with the edit info. This separates the *metadata about the post* from the information about the user who posted it. We have no plans to change the size of the reputation number. By the way, the stats that are shown in that box are configurable; if a community wants to show *only* reputation, or *only* numbers of top-level posts and answers, or any other combination, this can be done. (As with any other configuration change, discuss it on your community's meta and then let us know what you want.)
