The tooltip value is what appears to be the post's score (see [here](https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/blob/develop/app/views/posts/_expanded.html.erb#L29) for the relevant code), which in the case you are showing appears to be 0.5 internally. If you have any feature requests, they can be passed onto the developers via [GitHub](https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/issues), where these issues are typically tracked.
