Include a step about licenses in the tour
During our [tour](https://meta.codidact.com/tour) to teach users how to use the site, there's a point where we guide you through asking a question, including adding a title and tags:

![screenshot of the tour, showing the title and tags section](https://meta.codidact.com/uploads/Sv3gbCSe8JBTGqwVGw3LqhbK)

However, something you have when posting an *actual* post that you don't currently have in the tour is the option to select different licenses for your post. Perhaps we should include a step in the tour, after the tags and the title, is to select a license. (And perhaps include something about how if you want to learn more about the details of each available license, there's a [help center article](https://meta.codidact.com/help/licenses) about that...)
