Why do we have the "Participate Everywhere" ability when we haven't yet done anything?
We just made an account, and haven't done anything at all yet. No questions, no answers. So why do we have "Participate Everywhere"? According to [the ability page](https://meta.codidact.com/abilities/unrestricted?for=54007), it looks like we would need a minimum of 5 positively-received posts, which of course means we'd need to have 5+ posts in the first place.

Add "?for=" to ability link so it works when logged out
