Suggest an edit without any changes is possible
I had tried to suggest an edit without making any changes in [this answer](https://scientific-speculation.codidact.com/posts/227280#answer-227280). When I clicked on <button class="button is-filled" data-disable-with="Save Post in Q&A">Save Post in Q&A</button>. Then, I saw the suggested edit was pending. So, we could suggest an edit without making any changes which shouldn't be allowed.
