"You were mentioned in a comment" notification doesn't redirect to another community
I got a `You were mentioned in a comment` notification while browsing [SD](https://software.codidact.com). I tried to open it and instead of redirecting to the right community (Meta) it opened the reference in a current community.

So, for example, instead of

```
https://software.codidact.com/comments/thread/3355#comment-11061
```

there should be

```
https://meta.codidact.com/comments/thread/3355#comment-11061
```
