Couldn't we make `last activity ...... ` more clearer?
 Currently, [list shows](https://github.com/codidact/qpixel/blob/develop/app/views/posts/_list.html.erb#L45) `last activity about @time hour ago by @name`. Instead of `last activity` couldn't we write `@name edited a post @time hour ago`. And, `@name had answered on the question`. And, another one is `@name had deleted his answer` (I want this cause, deleted answer is bumping post and, list shows `last activity.....` but, when we look at the post we can't see what happened So, it's very important) <hr/> <h3>Why do I want it?</h3> Usually, reviewer always visits every post. But, people like me don't like to visit every post. When they see there's an new answer on that post. Then, they go to read that. Since, I always can't understand did anyone answered or not while `last activity .....` is showing. Than, you might say actually there's something written 2 answers, 3 answers .... But, what if someone have answered/edited (on) an old post.
