The service we use to generate user avatars - [Unicornify](https://unicornify.pictures/) - is temporarily down. I've reached out to the person who runs the site, but he as of yet hasn't gotten back to me. Hopefully this'll be fixed soon. If not, we might have to consider either switching services or running Unicornify ourselves (it is open-source, after all). Sorry for the inconvenience!
