Allow a user to edit a threaded comment's title after the threaded comment has been created
I suggest to allow a user to edit a threaded comment's title after the threaded comment has been published,

This way, if a user published the threaded comment but forgot to add a title or didn't notice the "buried" title field under the body, than that user could always create it and/or change it afterwards.
