Show headings in a preview

Currently a user who comes to create a post can only read the post's body in the preview area, but not the post title (it just isn't there).

I suggest to show a post's title in the preview because I just find it more convenient to read all together before finally posting.

Disagreeing with that. I don't see a need for showing the title in a "preview".

For the body, there is a need because something different will be shown in the final post than what is entered into the textarea, because the markdown is renderer into HTML.

However post titles are shown exactly as entered, hence you already have an exact preview and therefore IMO no need for showing it in the preview. (Besides this being possibly confusing that you can't edit the title in the body box and the tags also not being shown there.)
