The letter "ৡ" shows as a "?" in a community generated link to a question [duplicate]

I saw a banner pointing to the question What does the letter do ৡ in Bangla? from the Languages & Linguistics site.

The image shows like this:

And currently it is hosted exactly in https://languages.codidact.com/ca/posts/286095.png

As you can see, the "ৡ" Bangla letter is not processed properly and hence it displays a "?".
