When I'm busy reading or writing an answer:<ul> <li>I want as much of the window pixels devoted to the task at hand as possible. <li>Don't want to be interrupted by notifications. </ul> Modern computers are already way too full of things that try to get my attention regardless of what I'm doing. Let's not add to that. When I'm ready to receive notifications, I'll check for them.
