Add button to select Meta post destination to site META or Global META at the time of posting.

More than one of my posts are probably Global META suggestions but have ended up in Site META because I happen to be browsing a site when I notice the deficiency.

Add a feature where Author or High level Admin can shift the Site META post to Global META if it seems like a good fit. Replicating and deleting a post especially if it has already received comments or answers seems messy and such. A permanent redirect can be made that will direct any search spider links that may have been generated.

At the top of posts but on META I believe many questions will be incorrectly directed and having not just this question might help if it was at the bottom where you might see it.
