Should tag editing be separate from post editing? By that I mean having a specific workflow to modify the tags of a question, different from the workflow to edit the content. Intuitively, I believe that tags are metadata, meaning separating it from the content itself makes sense to me. On a practical level, this is specifically relevant to how abilities work. Motivating and case example: myself; I got the ability to unilaterally edit posts mostly from just tag edits. This feels... a bit odd, since I feel like I could get it too easily. Pros of separating: 1. This fixes the mentioned issue of being able to easily get full post editing privileges just by helping categorize stuff. 2. With a new ability for tag-edits, we could allow a lower threshold on tag edits. After all, there is little risk of giving users the power to "put words in someone's mouth" with tags, as opposed to editing content where we want much higher protection. This would need another discussion if this feature is implemented though. 3. Perhaps this could tie in with the [Edit Tags](https://meta.codidact.com/abilities/edit_tags) ability; users would need to demonstrate that they are good at categorizing posts (have high tag edit suggestion approval) to unlock the ability to edit the tags themselves
