Newlines and formatting in user annotations
Another self-explanatory feature-request. Currently user-annotations are one-line and plain-text only, which is a little restrictive. I wanted to add a link to the comment that had prompted the note, and it would be nice for it to be clickable.

Newlines would also be nice so that I could, e.g. have a summary on the first line, link on the second line, and then follow with the more detailed note.
