Search does not search the title of posts
The search only appears to look in the body of a post, not in its title. For example, searching Codidact Meta for "determine" finds posts that have "determine" in the body, but does not include the post [What is an easy way to determine my Trust Level] which contains "determine" only in the title and nowhere in the body. As the search is not looking at the title at all, this suggests the older Meta post [Exact search doesn't seem to be searching in the title] is probably just a special case of this more general problem.
