- I'm seeing this on Firefox on Android, and [Monica's comment](https://meta.codidact.com/comments/thread/7140#comment-19145) confirms this can be reproduced on Chrome on Android.

I haven't yet tested this with any logo other than the Meta logo (will need to wait for a new blue notification circle...).

Logo shrinks from blue notification circle
